Always done on time-like the service hours-like the service staff-have been dealing with this dealership for years and never had any issues-always take my car in for service as recommended and never had any issues with the car needing any other work done other than routine maintenance. more

Outstanding Service! 11/11/2010

Good morning. Yes, all my needs were met. I have bought several vehicles but never been treated with such courtesy and respect like the staff at your Waxahachie Autoplex did. I was just looking around but because of your staff's wonderful customer service, I decided to buy the vehicle from you. It was a welcome experience from previous dealers. Bill was very helpful with my online search for the right car as well as showroom assistance. Jimmy Berryhill was and continues to assist me with my vehicle and purchase, very courtesy and knowledge. We would recommend and have already recommended your dealership to our friends and neighbors. Thank you again for the customer friendly attitudes from all your staff. more

Outstanding Service! 9/28/2010

I?ve always been a good fan of Waxahachie Ford, it?s been about 2 ½ year since I?ve had my money saver Ford Focus, this is a really compact car and over all money saver! I travel a lot and like to take my car everywhere; I use to have a luxury car that just made my wallet go crazy, but decided to play it smart. Ever since my Ford Focus I?ve been living comfortably? \r I have the service department to thank every single time I go in for a checkup for making it run like a champ!!! more

The Service department really helped me out! Apparently I had something major going on with my breaks and luckily I brought it in. Now that winter is coming this is the best time to really look at the breaks and all that mumbo jumbo. It?s a pain but have to do it. more

Waxahachie Ford is by far the coolest place to buy and to meet great sales people! I worked with a knowledgeable sales person that was of the chain! I most definitely will be coming back to this place and sending more of my friends there way! Thanks guys and hope ya?ll get plenty of customers! more

They have enough workers to make every one of their customer satisfied! 9/22/2010

Large selection of new and used cars, my car salesman wasn?t just all talk; he actually got me a great deal! Don?t hesitate to go there even on a busy day, you won?t get neglected even if the dealership is flooded with people! We went during Labor Day weekend and it was crazy pack! But guess what? They have enough workers to make every one of their customer satisfied! I will return to buy from this dealership again once my son turns 18! more

There are many aspects of Waxahachie Ford I must compliment on! From how they treat their customers with respect to how they go out of their way in order to meet their customer?s satisfaction! Trust me when I say I am the pickiest person alive but the staffs at Waxahachie Ford managed to please me the entire time I was there! Even my own husband couldn?t please me for that long! Thank you once again for my pre-owned Red Ford F-150! Works just like new to me! Great job! more

Car gurus!!! 8/16/2010

I would definitely say that the guys at Waxahachie Ford are car gurus! They were all very patient with me, being my first purchase on my own, and took the time to find me what I wanted and even got a awesome deal. To tell you the truth I couldn?t believe I was really at a car dealership. My Dad had warned me about the scary sales tactics that car dealers use on people especially ?first timers? but I can honestly say I didn?t experience anything negative. They got me in a 2011 Ford Taurus and I love it and want everyone to know it!!! more
