Waverly Station At The Highlands

Waverly Staion is the best apartments I've ever lived in. The apartment is very spacious. Danielle and Lindsay has helped me in so many ways making the move easy. They are very intelligent. The maintenance guys are wonderful. Everything gets fixed in a timely manner. Grounds keeper works very hard up keeping the place up. I like living so close to eveything. Its also nice having access to the pool, gym, and the club house!!! more

For starters the comment above me was obviously some disgruntled person. I stayed there with my son and the staff was very helpfull in every aspect of my move and stay. Any problems i ever had were resloved in a timely manner. No problems with neighbors the community was always clean. The staff Danielle and Lindsey were always polite and willing to help. I highly recomment this to anyone moving into the pooler area. more

I rented my apartment before even seeing it due to a job transfer into the area that happened on short notice. Peole I was going to be working with recommended them and am so glad I listened! The apartment is georgous with a really HUGE bedroom, the gates actually work and the girls in the office are extreamly nice. I've been living here for about 2 months now and everytime I need anything (from dinner recomendations to printed out directions) they go above and beyond to help. This is by far the best apartment place I've ever lived! more

I just moved to Savannah from up north. Its the best decision I made. I love the location of these apartments. Im close to downtown and close to work. My apartment is perfect. I live in the floorplan that looks over the lake. Its a gorgeous view every morning. The office staff and maintenance have been awesome. I dont know what the person belows problem is, but they clearly cant be made happy. I havent had one complaint to the office. Lindsay was very helpful with my lease and made sure I knew everything at move in. Daniel always lets me print things last minute before work or school, and everyone always makes sure that they accomodate us at the pool or with food and events. The groundskeeper does a really good job at picking up dog feces so I'm not stepping in it. Overall I love it hear and have referred 2 people to live here! more

I have lived in these apartments for 6 months now and LOVE them! The staff is very friendly, they go out of their way to accommodate the residents. The maintenance team responds quickly and is very efficient. These apartments are beautiful inside and out, and the community is very friendly and fun! more

The Management here is a joke the ""Property Manager"" is barely out of college and will lie straight to your face. Nothing will be done the first time you ask. They market as a resort style life but this is the furthest thing from a relaxing environment with the ever changing rules. They will say what they have to so you will sign a lease and after that you mean nothing to them. The office is continually closed during business hours. If you do go there ask for Shauna she will at least be honest with you and help you get your issues resolved. more
