Myself and my family have had an awful experience at Dr. Feinberg's office. I had an appointment with Dr. Feinberg and upon arrival was told she was going to be late. After waiting an hour, I made an appointment for the next day. When I came the next day I waited another hour and a half and the patient with an appointment time after mine was taken back first. When sitting in the room I heard her outside carrying on a conversation about her kids with one of her employees. When you are an hour and a half late, you should be going as fast as you can not telling a story about your kid.The same issue happened with my Mom. Dr. Feinberg was running late and the front desk was completely rude when she asked how long they thought it would be. My mom was diagnosed with ADD years ago, and after Dr. Feinberg gave her a prescription for this when she went to get it refilled she refused to fill it. My mother is a nurse who just got moved to a new department that requires a lot of learning and competencies, she needed the medication to help her focus. Dr. Feinberg treated her like a pill addict when the refill was in fact way overdue, since my mom only uses them once in a while at work to focus. Dr. Feinberg also screwed up my mother's insurance. My step-father has also had issues with her. The point is this office is extremely unhelpful. They have actually told my mother before that its "not their problem" when she calls with a concern. Dr. Feinberg may be a nice doctor, but it is not worth all the trouble you have to go through to see her, get a prescription filled and have her mess up the insurance.
