Because of an insurance claim, we had to use the towing company that they use. They were supposed to pick up our car on Monday morning. I didn't even receive a call to pick up the car until late Monday afternoon. They offered no explanation as to why they didn't call earlier. \r
We decided to set up a pick up for 6:00. Shortly after, I received a call confirming 7:00. I called to ask what the problem was and they apologized, called the driver, and said the driver was dropping off a car and was picking our car next - he would be there by 6:15. \r
Here we are after 8:00 and they STILL have not picked up the car. We were told that the driver had another pickup and would be there in 30 minutes or so. Why wouldn't you have told us this before?!\r
I called the company that recommended them and they offered no help either. They apologized but didn't offer any other solutions. How about SOMEBODY ACTUALLY DOING WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL?!!!! \r
I understand if someone is busy... but have the integrity to tell me the truth about what is going to happen. The company recommending Waugh Chapel should put pressure on them and demand that they DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL! If they won't do it, then find another company. When we will start holding people accountable?!\r
And now, I call the company back after they are more that THREE HOURS LATE, with no communication, and the person answering the phone wants ME to call his driver to find out what is going on! Why would YOU not hold your own employees accountable?!
