TERRIBLE company. The employees are the only bright spot as they were friendly and accommodating but the owner, Tracey Watson, was completey unavailable my entire wedding day (she didn't show up to the final walkthrough either), was extremely rude to my mother and when she finally did show up at about 11 p.m. was FALLING DOWN DRUNK! She proceeded to waltz, or stumble, around and say how beautiful everything was. In addition they ran out of knives halfway through the buffet and told our guests they didn't need knives for the food we were serving! (Beef brisket and grilled veggies). Horrible. Tracey also tacked on TONS of charges at the last minute and we were forced to pay if we wanted to serve dinner at our reception. She charged us for linens, an oven and a whole bunch of stuff that was specifically included in our original contract. Another low point was the fact that she ignored my instructions about only using white linens and put tattered, clashing table cloths in teal and lime green on my cocktail tables! (Our colors were black and white). Then she proceeded to tell my mother she ""upgraded"" our linens for ""free"" even though it was obvious she picked them up off the floor somewhere at the last minute. Terrible, terrible business.
