We rented from Watson for 2 years and just moved out. As model tenants with ZERO complaints, Zero Issues and always on time with our rent, we thought we had a great relationship with Watson. However, upon departure, after spending 3 days cleaning, having the carpet cleaned and focusing on what we were told they look for-- I just received a claim for $262 dollars towards 10 man hours of a so-called deep clean and $150 for a carpet clean of a 13x13 room. I can't believe this. These charges are reckless, outrageous and unbelievable. We are disputing these charges that are unacceptable on every level. Not only are we being taken advantage of by a vendors that have no clue as to who they are dealing with, but WATSON should feel ripped off for even attempting to charge these fees. Lots of miscommunication within their office too. Awful Company.
