I had to get my 2004 truck taken care because of a recall. I set an appointment the day before for 7:30 AM the next day. I asked how long the repairs would take, She courteously said "it would take about 11/2 hours." I took in the truck before 7:30 AM and was not greeted by the assigned service rep and I had to wait until someone to check me in. (starting to feel uneasy) They said that it would take about 11/2 hours and I'd get a call. Not true! I called at 11:30 AM and was told my assigned service rep was at lunch and that's who I would have to talk to. (my bad luck). I am not getting a good feeling about Watson Ford at this point. I called again at 1:30 pm and asked to speak to the Service Manager (on hold for a while) and I received a call back a few minutes later saying my truck was ready. When I picked up the truck even the cashier was abrupt and caustic. My impression of Watson Ford is not very positive. I will check with the BBB and read reviews before I take my truck in for service or purchase a 2012 Ford F-150 XLT that I'm researching. Please do not get me wrong, Watson Ford was not discourteous or disrespectful, I did not get that warm fuzzy feeling and sense of welcome. If I would have gotten a call back from Watson Ford asking about my visit, I would have changed my opinion about my visit.
