I have rented from Watson for 6 years and they are horrible,nasty people. The ladies in the office are mean and they lie. If you call to complain about a issue they take what you say and turn it around to something that you never said at all. If your a family with small children you will get pretty much evicted for having children. They dont allow you to have toys in your yard or to live the way you want to. Sharon is a rude lady that does yearly inspections and tells you how to live and how to clean your house. All I have to say is let me go to your house and inspect you. Rentingwith Watson Management for a year in the Gonzaga District was a relatively painless and somewhat pleasant experience. when my refridgerator broke, they replaced it within a week, which i thought was decent. they kept the grass trimmed around the premises, and shoveld walkways in the winter. when i moved out they recommened the carpet cleaner they use, and he worked out great. not a bad rental agency at all. pretty much average for around spokane. i've lived here since 2002 and rented through both rental agencies and private renters, and the people at Watson were very easy going and easy to get along with for me. good look. more

The staff is very unprofessional, even rude if they feel they can get away with it. Listings are inaccurate,we were sent to look at a 4 bdrm and find a 3 bdrm? They tell you one thing on the phone and then see you in person and deny they said it. Each person will tell you something different. The people listed on their web site are not the same people in the office. They advertise $25 application fees, and then tell you they are $30 when you go to fill out the application. Very poor service, properties were dirty and tore up. When I asked about it, I was told to leave. They were not interested in my observations.
