Upon arriving at the emergency room at Regions Hospital, I would wait for nearly two hours to get in to see the doctor. This makes me ask: if I was really in a life threatening emergency, could I afford to wait two hours till I get treated? Luckily I only had a severe cold - the truth is they weren't that busy. So unless you're pleading with a scratchy voice, find another place to go. more

Labor and delivery services are great. 8/9/2005

The delivery room is on a separate floor than after you have a baby which makes it quieter and cleaner than giving birth in the same room. Also the nurses after birth were wonderful and caring. They gave lots of suggestions on what to do to feel better and become more comfortable with the baby. They also provide classes before delivery and tours of the hospital. more
