Outstanding service. I sent an email at 8pm about our AC breaking, received a call by 9:30, and it was being fixed between 11:30 and 1:30am. Very professional, reasonable price, and extremely quick turnaround. I would highly recommend. more

Not Recommended 8/18/2010

I don't often write reviews but felt I should share with web searchers that my experience with this business was not at all good. My issue with my air conditioner was not properly diagnosed and the repairs proposed were much more costly than what was actually required to resolve the problem, which I thankfully found out before telling them to do the work.\r \r There are lots of HVAC service companies in the Dayton area... I would advise to pick a different one. more

Honest, Dependable, Trustworthy!!!! 10/23/2007

They have the best customer service around! They show up on time and if there is a delay, they will call you and let you know, so your not waiting around all day. Their guys are clean cut and will not make you nervous to let inside your home. They are honest and only fix what's broken and do not try to sell you things you do not need. Talked me out of a larger, more expensive unit and explained why I didn't need it.\r Thanks! more
