Your service tech consultant was excellent in customer service skills! My only difficulties - as being an absentee owner - was not getting to speak to service techs at or after times of service completion. I live to far away to drive to property at service times. I did appreciate the detailed service reports after work completion. I do and will highly recommend your service department. Thanks! more

The friendly people at waterworks are the best to deal with. I bought my tub from them and anytime, which was very infrequent, that I needed some help they came through every time. The actually go above and beyond to service what they sell.\r If you are looking for a spa, that is the place to go. more

Jeremy has been so wonderful and tells us everything he is doing to our hot tub and he tells us about new products that would make our tub more enjoyable. Leah is such a joy to see every time we come in and always so helpful. She always has a smile and great things to tell us about what’s new. Everyone at the Waterworks is so wonderful. The Silk Spa is wonderful. more

Very courteous and friendly. Waterworks has provided great service for me since 1986. I have owned two Hot Springs Spas continuously since then and they have been outstanding investments in my well being. I would and do recommend Waterworks and Hot Springs to anybody in the market for a tub. more
