I've learned that good (or even fair) service is not guaranteed just because you spend thousand of dollars with a retailer.
The salesperson I dealt with was not knowledgeable about the faucet and sink that I purchased together from WaterWare. When it came time for installation, my plumber informed me that they were incompatible.
When I went to them with my dilemma, their solution was to sell me replacement parts to make it work. I called back to request an exchange, but WaterWare refused, and then never bothered to respond to further calls.
I guess an exchange was asking too much, even though WaterWare is responsible for ordering and selling me the wrong parts.
They don’t sell anything that can’t be purchased elsewhere, and they do not offer help or service after they have been paid. There is no reason to shop at WaterWare.
