Watertown Ford's customer service is outstanding. From the minute you walk in the doors you are treated like a valued customer. I have purchased two vehicles from them in the last year and have been 100% satisfied. The sales personnel worked with me every step of the way and made sure I was getting what I wanted and not pressured to buy something I didn't it.
