the most noisy apt. and the dirty apt. the dogs barks and kids screaming. the apt with no gate. during night time suspecious trucks with loud music can wake you up during midnight. the management team is bad. the maintenances make big noise when they dump trashes and they are very unfriendly. the place is unsafe. please do come. more
