I've gotten my hair cut and colored at Water's Edge for the past few years and recently began getting spa services there. The prices aren't cheap but you get good quality for your money. I recently had an AWESOME chocolate raspberry massage there and left feeling so relaxed. I recommend making appointments for during the week, since the weekends are usually very busy there.
