The complex management is extremely poor when it comes to bill collecting. They lost my rent check while I was on military duty, so I called them up and gave them a copy of the duplicate check and sent them another check that very same day. They assured me that everything would be alright; however, when I returned home, there was a court order stapled on my door. I looked at my account and they had taken the check out twice! After yelling for a good 30 minutes, I finally got them to drop the court order. After moving out, they sent me a bill for a ridiculous amount of money. I must have spent a good 8 hours filling in holes in the walls and cleaning the apartment, but they still wanted to charge me for crap that was ""not clean"" and for stuff that was broken when I moved in. The bill came FOUR months after I moved out, stapled to my door, with a due date for the VERY NEXT DAY!!! Stay away unless you have money to throw away! more

THE MAITENENCE ROBBED US, I'm not kidding, we locked the door when we left, no extra keys, all windows locked, no forced entry.... we unlocked our door to find all of our things missing (2 laptops, a wii, money, camara, so on and so on) we called the police and even they said it was probably maitenence, but of course the police didnt do anything and niether did managment.... so yeah move in if you want all your sh!t to be gone more

They will Charm you jut to get in, once you are in you are stuck, old appliance's, dirty community,they don't give you your money's worth, some apartment's are actually decaying, the wood structure and such, The lake is filthy, garbage thrown about the lake. Terrible place to live don't do it , I moved out after 6 mos. more
