BEST Place for Service Work 1/19/2011

Have used Waterloo Quick Lube for several years - the guys are very nice and if they can't fix it they will give you someone that can - Have gotten there just about closing time and have always received the BEST SERVICE - if you live in far N. Edmond and you need Oil change - Power Steering done - these are the Guys to see. Keep up the Great work and I'll see ya'll soon. more

Great service -- reminded me of the good old days 6/30/2009

Having moved from a small town in Pa where my uncle owned the Ford dealership, I was nervous about finding a mechanic who wouldn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. One day driving down Waterloo my check engine light appeared, so I stopped. All three of the mechanics were busy, but the manager pulled one of his guys to take a quick look. After hooking my car up to the computer the mechanic had this resolved in minutes. The cost...$0. I have gone back for oil changes and shocks, struts and brakes. Always pleased. more

Was not pleased 7/26/2006

When i went to get my oil changed at this quick lube for the first time i wasn't sure where i needed to park till it was my turn, upon walking in the office i was greeted with a "you need to go around back and wait in line like everyone else" as i drove to the back there were several people waiting, between the wait and the not so friendly greeting i decided this wasn't the place for me and left without getting my oil changed. Person in the office is not friendly at all. PROS: easy access CONS: long wait, office personel is not friendly more

Fast service 5/17/2005

There service is great. There are fast and good at most all there work. All the guys in the shop are friendly and hard workers. I would recommend them because they have always treated me good. more

  • We started doing business here in Jan, 1999, providing quality oil & lube service and tire repairs. Since then, we've branched out to become an extensive automotive repair facility. We're able to do almost any type of repair to most cars & light trucks; although we do not rebuild engines or transmissions. We do, however, work with a professional transmission builder who, in most cases, can rebuild your automatic transmission back up to factory standards in less time than it takes most "transmission shops" to do the turnaround. We are also able to acquire and install used or remanufactured engines in most vehicles.
