nice ambience, but we were at the table by the kitchen which no one likes. mussels were a bit overdone. oysters were good. brie in phylo and fruit, basic. carmelized swordfish was good, and the pan seared scallops were delicious (give me something with fried pancetta (aka bacon)that isn't?). service was okay, but we didn't feel like we got much attention and the table was crowded with all these plates and other schmatta and the waiter had to be asked to take them away. basically, this is a solid but boring restaurant with an unexceptional menu.
Pros: good place to take your elderly parents
Cons: blah and boring
