The kids love the Wave!!! 4/26/2006

I went right around the time this park first opened and it was packed with people. There was hardly room in the pool but still my girls wanted to stay and enjoy the water. The prices are wonderful for a day of fresh air and sunshine. Now that the newness is long forgotten it would be better to visit now with a lot less chaos. When there is that many kids in the water it was hard telling whose was whose (LOL)! more

Fun for the whole day 3/29/2006

love the wave pool you can go all day and have tons of fun. I like to bring a picnic lunch, and snacks. They do have a concession stand where you can buy food and fun stuff to swim with. The pool is great but watch your feet because the pool bottom can scratch you. I suggest swim shoes. They also have the two slides and a new water ride. Last but not least is the great little kids section where a bucket fills up every few minutes and water falls on everyones heads. more

Best in Waterford 3/24/2006

I have been going to Waterford Oaks County Park since I was young. This is a great place for people of all ages. There is a small pool for toddlers/children. There is the wave pool thats a blast. The water slide is terrific and the line moves pretty fast. The price of admission is decent for a full day of fun. I would recommend grabbing the entire family and heading down for the whole day! more

Water Parks are FUN 8/18/2005

This waterpark is great fun for everyone. There's a kiddie pool with shallows, fountains that squirt up on little people's toes, and a big bucket that will tip over every once in a while and drench the bigger kids, who scream and love it. There's the Wave Pool which has some good waves, with free floaties for your use, and a large water slide that dumps you into a pool at the end of the slide. The only drawbacks for me are the large crowds, and the fact that you don't get any kind of a refund or raincheck if it should start to rain, no matter if you've only been there a few minutes even. To me, the price of admission is too steep for this kind of risk. So make sure there is no chance of rain on the day you plan to be there! more
