The Waterford does the same thing that many of these cheap, cookie cutter apartments/condo complexes do these days - they throw the ""luxury"" word in their name and that automatically places them in an elite class above the rest - SORRY! The units are tiny, cheaply built and while the one thing they have going for them is that they are only a few years old...you couldn't tell it by the water-soaked dry wall in the bathrooms (combination of poor construction and shoddy on-site handy man who doesn't know what he's doing), units are crammed together, builder-grade carpeting, appliances, etc. are more like Salvation Army-grade. And what's even worse is the infestation of German pests AND bedpests!
Pros: They have front doors
Cons: Too many to list....find a good pest control company to start, then strategically place artwork to hide deteriorating drywall
