I have lived her for over 10 years and it is a great place. I am in my late 50's so I have lived in a few places. I live on the bottom floor back of the building and I truly love it. I have had a few maintenance issues over my time here but they have always been taken care of. I have a couple of noisy neighbors over the years but all it has taken was to call the office and let the manager know about my issues and the problems were resolved. No place is perfect but I can tell you this people come and go but the manager has been here a very long time and she really does care. It is nice to go in the office and know that the people enjoy seeing you and truly care about how you are. more

Home for 2 yrs 5/20/2005

We love the location - 1.5 to 2 miles past Hickory Hollow Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. However 1 mile in the other direction and you can be in a beautiful rural area. We love this ""living on the border"" opportunity. The apartment sizes are excellent with 9 foot ceilings, crown moldings, washer and dryers are provided and garden tubs in all baths. Parking is good and rules are inforced by apt management. We're thoroughly enjoying our apartment home! more
