Proffessional People In The Dock & Boat Lift Biz 5/13/2010

I was reffered to Waterjack through the marina I keep my boat at. my hydrahoist floats cracked this winter and the lift had to be removed, repaired, and reinstalled. Casey communicated several very reasonable alternatives and NEVER once implied the lift was junk and that I would be better off replacing it. Once I decided what avenue to take, they came and got it, did what they said they would do, for what they said they would do it for, and reinstalled the lift promptly. Pros: Promt, Curtious, On Time, returns calls, follows up, Cons: none come to mind more

Excellent work quality 5/13/2010

Casey and Rob at WaterJack installed a used PolyLift for my boat at Morningstar Marina at Kings Point. The product is of great quality, and service is good. Casey keeps the communications channel open and follows up to make sure things are working as promised. Would use their help again and recommend to friends if need arises.
