In 2007, we paid for 2 years of service/maintenance on our sprinkler system and only used one. When I spoke to the receptionist she told me that not using the second year would be acceptable and we could carry our 2nd year's payment over to the following year. Since then we had decided that we would be unable to use our sprinkler system. I then called and asked for a refund of $75.00 for the second year that we paid for. The owner called me back once and said he would look into it and never returned my call, even after my repeated calls to him. \r

I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and the owner claimed that he maintained my system in the 2nd year (2008), but yet I had called and specifically asked for them not to, and I NEVER had a note on my door saying that they came by for maintenance. (Every year we used Waterworks, we always had a note on our door that they had been by.) \r

On a different note, which I did not address with the BBB, my husband had called for maintenance for our sprinkler heads and some one came out and said they fixed them, but we were still experiencing the same problems. (For example, one head was spraying in the street and another had really low flow.) I am very disappointed in the service that I have received and will not be returning. \r
