So far, I am happy with the work Eric did yesterday. BUT as a warning, ensure you get the estimate in writing. I got a verbal estimate (my mistake) I did not know I would be charged for the estimate...nor was I told the $60 per hour was PER WORKER. So, for 2 1/2 hrs of work, I was charged 5 hrs as there were two workers. When I called to check if this was a mistake, I was told its normally $75 per hour so I got a break on the hourly rate and estimate. \r \r When told $60 per hour, I have never paid that per worker. more

I had a great experience with Water Works Sprinklers! They showed up at the scheduled time, cleaned up after themselves-including spreading the dirt and grass, and did my system in one day! The owner, Eric Diamond, took me through the system and timer, and showed me what to do. I had my system put in last year, and it's working great! I have recommended this company to my neighbors and friends and they have all been extremely satisfied by the service as well. Thumbs Up! more

Very poor installation 10/17/2008

I hired Water Works to install my sprinkler system. They were on schedule, and it only took them 2 days to install the system which is what I was quoted, and the cost was reasonable. My complaint started when I got home after they finished the job. First of all, their tractor ripped up patches of grass in the yard, instead of trying to pack the dirt back down on top of the plumbing that they installed they just left huge mounds of dirt that would have taken months to settle. They also dug up a ton of golf ball sized rocks and just left them all over the yard, they forgot to install 3 of the drip lines and they broke an existing water pipe in the yard. What did they do to fix the problem? I removed the rocks, I packed down the dirt, they installed the 3 drip lines, and they still haven't come out to repair the pipe that they broke, and it?s been 3 weeks. The owner, Eric, has told me three different times that someone would be out that day, but it still hasn?t been repaired. more
