AVOID this COMPANY! go to ABSOLUTE Plumbing! 9/27/2007

I recently called Water Tight Plumbing to fix my kitchen sink and when the guy came, he was very destructive to my home. He almost broke the spring on my front door, dirtied by white walls and what got me angry the most is being VERY UNPROFESSIONAL by not finishing the job and FORCED me to PAY when the sink isn't even FIXED! (did i mention it took him almost an hr to find my house and another hr ""attempting"" to fix the sink?) The tools he used were old and what was even more ridiculous is that he said it was my pipe that had the problem and it would cost me another $400 to ""replace"" it Cons: unprofessional. dont care if ur house gets dirty. makes wrong conclusions. AVOID!!! more
