Installation & Service 5/10/2011

I had a system installed last month and was very pleased with it. I was told by Frank to just call them when I wanted the system checked and adjusted. Well I did and was very nicely told that, ""THEY ARE VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW AND WE CAN BE THERE IN 2 1/2 WEEKS"". To me a good company not only sells a product but they also service it. Evidently Water Solutions believes in selling a product but not servicing it.\r Added 10/7/2011\r Again, I want to say that the installation was outstanding and very professional. Frank and I had a talk and have cleared the air. Frank did come out shortly after my telephone call and resolved the problem.\r My daughter is considering a sprinkler installation next spring and I intend to call Frank to do the job. more

These guys are GOOD ! Came out same day , gave a price and had all repairs done in a hour . Definately happy with their service and will use again . more

Very Professional ! 2/24/2011

Water Solutions installed a new sprinkler system at one of our rentals and the lawn we have fought with for many years has came back beautifully ! We are very pleased with their work and will be using them for all our sprinkler needs ! We will recommend them to all of our friends and family. more

Finally ! 2/23/2011

We have tried 3 different companies to get our sprinkler system repaired, no one could figure out was wrong .\r We wasted money on the other companies who didnt even get anything done. Finally We found water solutions on city search and they came out the same day, problem solved in 20 minutes !!
