Thank you very much for all of your efforts to help us during our time of need. The Water Damage technician came out to help clean up our recently flooded basement. He was prompt and did a very effective job of removing the water and sanitizing our basement. Hopefully, I won’t need these kinds of services in the future. But if I do, I will call Water Damage Jacksonville again. more

Dear Water Damage Jacksonville, We called your company on the recommendation of our Plumbing company. It turned out to be an excellent suggestion. The Water Damage technician arrived on schedule with all the needed equipment and he had our basement looking good very quickly. He was not satisfied with mere appearances, however. His testing equipment called for further drying time and the drying equipment was very effective. We are completely satisfied with the services provided. Thank you! more

The technician that came to our home is one of the most caring, competent, professional and helpful people that I’ve ever met! He made this very difficult experience easy. He was always available, even at 10:30pm when I called him after the power went out. I had not left a message because it was so late. However, he saw the missed call and called me back. He was incredibly careful with our home and explained everything to us answering any and all of our questions. He was courteous, extremely professional and clean-cut. He went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. I feel comfortable and confident in referring your company to others. In fact, I already have and will continue to do so!
