I brought in two watches-a brand new one for a battery replacement and very old one for an original glass cyrstal replacement. \r
They said they replaced the battery on my new watch but it won't work because it's a plastic Japan movement and they can't do anything with it. No charge. I took it apart myself a week later and noticed they didn't put the plastic ring in correctly for the digital buttons. Now the digital part of the watch works just fine but the analog is still broken. I believe they broke my brand new wrist watch. \r
My second watch was a solid gold pocket watch made in 1916-very valuable. They said no problem replacing the original glass crystal-about a week-$65.00. Stopped in a week later-not done come in another week. Never received phone call as promised. Stopped in after second week and my gold watch was done. They replaced the glass crystal with a cheap plastic cyrstal and said they can't do anything more-no one makes glass cyrstals anymore for my size of pocket watch. Was ignored for a receipt until I asked a third time. I was charged $45. \r
I blame myself for trusting these gentlemen. I feel they should of told me what they can't do instead of going on with the replacement and expecting me to be happy with a cheap plastic replacement on a over $1000.00 watch. I am writing this so you don't make the same mistake as I did.
