Worst service ever!! 5/18/2012

We got stuck with this company after they acquired Lies. We have not had our trash picked up for 4 weeks now. Every time I call in to their out of state call center, I am on hold for 20-30 minutes and then given a different excuse each time. It's embarrassing to have the trash sitting out for days on end. No one seems to know what is going on and their is no local number to call. They have failed to resolve my issues and are now telling me I will have to pay a $25 fee to have my trash cans picked up if I want to cancel, WTH? Use anyone else. lies was bought by these idots. we had NO say so about being customers of them, we were forced to deal with them. IF you can get through to customer service expect to be onm hold for over 20 minutes by incompetant fools who have no idea about anything. Pros: null Cons: null more
