Waste Connections of Tennessee Inc

Damaged our fence. We contacted them & they said they would be out the next day to repair it. Then I got a letter in the mail stating that they were not responsible. You can NEVER reach anyone there on the phone, emails & letters have gone unanswered. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would advise everyone to stay away! They are horrible to deal with!! more

We have been using waste connections for almost 2 years now. Everything was fine the first year, we prepaid for a whole year and everything was smooth sailing. The hiccups started when our one year contract ran out. They have repeatedly tried to force us to sign a 3 year contract. We refuse, one of our jobs puts us in a position where we may need to move again. We don't mind paying monthly, or quarterly. However, I do mind that they stopped mailing statements and started emailing them without my consent. I do not use my email on a regular basis, most of it is junk and spam. I have e-mailed them about this issue and asked that they contact me, I have received no response. My request was 4 months ago. I just paid our most recent bill that was due, last week and while looking for another email saw that they sent a notice that we owe money and it is due immediately, no explanation as to why. What a terribly run company. We will be switching soon. more

No trash pickup in almost 2 weeks, and I can't get a returned phone call from anyone! You'd think that an Operator would be available during their business hours. Guess they're tired of hearing the noise in response to their poorly ran trash routes. We can only use the one can, and we have a family size of six! Not paying extra for an additional can when I have almost the same kind from Home Depot. It was purchased about a week before theirs was delivered. All I want to know is can I bring my Garbage to Waste Connections since they can't seem to pick it up? I'll be calling the Mayors Office in the morning. more

We bought a new Cavalier in 04' and have had nothing but problems with it since we hit 2500 miles on it. Defouw was ok at first trying to keep us happy doing warranty work, but as the times became more frequent they began to nickle and dime it, because GM told them to. One would tend to think if you want to keep your clients , you'd have gone above and beyond. Not to mention, being "bothersome" will only make it worse and you have no other chevy options in town. I found one particular service tech to be rude and condescending, and otherwise no help as are several others in the store. I will no longer go back to them.
