A local family with 30 plus years of professional culinary and industry experience reunites to bring the Portland community a new hip and modern Pan Asian inspired restaurant serving fashionable cuisine.


The future of Wassabi's success is what completes our story. The family behind the business is a group of individuals that have the same interest of cooking up a party. We have all traveled many paths in our lives and to each one of us a successful choice. Our many different talents led us across the states and joining various careers but we all share the traditional family values of being the best host in catering our own parties and events. We want to bring our natural skills of pleasing the guests and passion for food as an every day part of life.

Wassabi strives to be the premier Pan Asian Restaurant in the local marketplace. We want our guests to have the total experience when dining at Wassabi.


We will combine menu variety, atmosphere, ambiance, and friendly staff to create a sense of "place" in order to reach our goal of overall value in the visiting experience.


Execution of our primary goal to serve nothing but the highest quality cuisine in a clean and fun environment is where we must deliver on this pledge 100% of the time, without exception.

Wassabi Dining:


Enjoy our services seven days a week. We offer lunch, dinner, late night dining, and a full bar featuring an extensive menu of fun cocktails, beer, wine and Sake. In addition to the dining area, we offer outside dining as well in the summer time as weather permits.

Wassabi is a Hip and Modern Pan Asian restaurant serving up fashionable food in a trendy atmosphere. Once you set foot in Wassabi, you will have realized you've made an awesome choice. Along with elegant and comfortable decor, outstanding service, Wassabi offers an adventurous yet uncomplicated menu. When you combine our made-fresh-to-order sushi and full bar offering along with our wonderful environment, you get a dining establishment that cannot be beat.


The Ginger Room Lounge:


This is a full liquor bar with u-shaped sitting around the bar, raised booths, standard tables as well as the taller round patio style tables. There are 10 flat screen TVs in the lounge for your relaxation and enjoyment while drinking your favorite choice of cocktails.
