If it were just an employee, it might be understandable, but the rude, inconsiderate, dismissive attitude was from the owner. One would think that in times like these, even a little courtesy might be provided a paying customer. But apparently with this company, the whole world revolves around the owner (the woman who answers the phone) and we the customers with our requests to be called in advance in order to get off work to get back home, are merely an inconvenience.\r

Excuse the sarcasm, I'm still boiling. I will never do business with this company again. Not even if the service were free. No amount of money could compensate for the headache and stress.\r
