The WNBA is a great spectator experience. I first got hooked in Seattle, but the Mystics have proven to be just as delightful to watch, if not as affordable (I don't heart the MCI center). Somehow, a sport that is played by intense, scrappy, sharp-shooting players fosters an appreciative audience. That audience, which routinely speckles in about half of the MCI center's lower bowls, will all be entirely on their feet at some in the game, whether or not it's the third quarter in the first game of the year or the playoffs. The fun-loving atmosphere of the WNBA is contagious; I suggest you check it out.
