I am writing this again. Why do I have to have a ride (shared) to my medical appointment that requires me to be in for 15 minutes, and then have to go over to the (other riders) that go to their appointments and they sometimes have early ones, some late If early we still do not pick those up either till 12:20 P.m. from the 7:30 am pickup I go every day at 74.50 each way 150.00 and the cab driver at times could leave at 10 a m. but won't till 12:30 p.m. only because when he gets back to town he has to do local trips. And so he pulls into a grocery store Trader Joes off of Penn ave. in East Liberty and I am handicapped and I watch him sleep till 12:15 p.m. then leaves to pick the hosp. appts. up even if they were done early say, 10 or 11 am.!!!! He is terrible. I go everyday and have to direct some of the drivers cause they are short for the ones going to the city, and the ones they send do not know even where greentree hill is!! PLease answer me or should i come to your office officially???????? Cheryn more

He makes us that goes to Pgh miserable....at $300.00 dollars. Pros: A ll is fine ! Cons: The Pgh. trips are terrible, I go at 7:30 a.m. come home at 3 p.m. why do we do this when appt. lasts 10 mnutes???? more
