Thanks to John at Classic Pianos for being extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our quest for a piano in our price range. As soon as he approached us in the store, we immediately felt like we were in the hands of a pro who really knew what he was talking about. Not only does he have hands-on technical knowledge of how to refurbish a piano, but he took the time to educate us on the process and what to look for in a piano for a young musician. We appreciated his honesty and down to earth approach during the process. He worked with us on price which was also much appreciated. And he had the piano delivered to us the very next day by a great group of movers. What a special treat! \r more

Also, they have many pianos for customers. So, it was really good to stop by the store when I wanted to buy a piano for my daughters. more

Excellent Service received from Classic Piano 4/22/2012

My son who is almost 5 is ready to take his piano lesson. Both my wife & I don't know much about Piano, nor do we play. We play a visit to 2 Piano store, where 1 is selling mostly used Acostic Piano. Since we are mostly interested to start off with Digital, we check out Classic Piano.\r Greeted by John, after we explain to him with our needs. He kindly played on a number of acoustic and a couple of digital Piano for us to listen to the diff. We came back few days later, and bought a Yamaha CLP-430 digital Piano and can't be happier, knowing that I can upgrade the Piano to a true acoustic piano within the the 2 years if needed. Great Service 2/23/2012

I stopped by Classic Pianos to look at digital pianos for my son who has been taking lessons for a few years. We have a casio keyboard and our music teacher said we were ready for something better. Fred was very helpful. He understood my price range and did not even show me pianos above my range which I liked. We were able to settle on our transaction within a day and they delievered promptly too. I look forward to doing business here again in a few years when we are ready to upgrade to an acoustic piano. more

As the other reviews have pointed out, our experience with John was top notch. This is the second piano/keyboard that we've purchased from John and he was very helpful both times. We are very happy with both of our purchases and would recommend this store to anyone in the Seattle Metro area. :) more

Knowledgeable & Friendly Customer Service 1/8/2012

We recently visited Classic Pianos looking for a used upright piano for our son who is will be starting lessons shortly. We were shown several options within our price range, including a gently used Yamaha digital piano which we ended up purchasing. Our salesman was very knowledgeable without being pushy and we got the feeling that he genuinely wanted to help us find the right instrument for our needs and budget. Thanks Fred! We'll be back when we're ready to upgrade to the Baby Grand! more

The best piano store! 1/7/2012

I was originally looking for helpful information on how to sell my grand piano, as sadly, I don't have room for it in my home. I was introduced to the option of a Yamaha digital piano - no worries on space or humidity! - and after doing some online research, went back to Classic Pianos for more advice and to test the Clavinova. I am VERY pleased with the staff service, information and help in deciding on my purchase. I also found that the price was better than competitive - and made my purchase on the spot. Very happy so far!! more
