I came to your store on Saturday, November 21, 2009. I saw some very nice bar stools advertising outside of your store. I then walked in and asked a very nice lady, ""How much for the two bar stools?"" She replied, ""I do not work here, I just clean. But if you walk to the back of the store you can find some help."" I then walked to the back of the store with my girlfriend and notice one of your employees scrubbing a table. I asked him, “Excuse me but how much are the bar stools outside of your store and he said $125."" I then replied, ""Awesome for both, correct?"" He then said, ""No, a piece."" I then said that was out of my price range and said never mind. He then said, ""Well you can get the EFF OUT."" Your employee told me to get the EFF OUT of your store. We then began a heated conversation and I then said what the hell is your problem and he said my attitude. I said my attitude? All I said was Never mind. When leaving your store I was parked by the back where he was scrubbing the same table and I said, ""What the hell is your problem?"" He then said, ""I better leave or he was going to kick my ass."" I am not sure if you want this guy as an employee, but you really need to reprimand him. I was with my girlfriend on a Saturday afternoon and to be treated like this is embarrassing and unacceptable. I called the store after I left and the gentleman who had the child answered the phone and I told him what had happen. He couldn’t believe it either and he then told me that guy who I had the argument with was your General Manager. After hearing that I was even more upset because no one should ever be treated the way I was. I would truly appreciate a response regarding this matter.
