What a great shop! Cool collection of cars in lobby! My kids went crazy! Frank was so generous and let them pick one out! What a great guy! The employees were extremely polite and professional! I've been there a few times now over the year, and I'm extremely satisifed with their services and prices. Very knowledgable and they knew exactly what was going on with my car! Thanks!!!! Just want to let you know what a special person Frank at Wasco Auto Care is. Our car broke down far from home in bad weather and he went out of his way to help us! Wow! We did not have any money, but he was still willing to help us. He tried to fix the car without having it towed to his shop, but was unable to. He towed the car to his shop and drove us home. The following day, he fixed the car and delivered it to our front door and did not want to charge us anything. We could not accept that! We knew that we negelected our car because of our financial problems, but we were not going to burden Frank with our problems. We insisted that Frank bill us. So, he gave us a very conservative bill and told us to make payments as we could. How incredible is that!! Not many people like this left in the world. Honest and willing to help others. We believe that Frank is a good Christian and likes to help people. Thank you Frank and your nice employees. Thank you & God Bless!!!! We wish you only the best! I have been a loyal customer for over seven years and have not had any problems! They are honest, trustworthy, price competitive and always on the ball! My family and friends take their cars to them also. We are very satisifed with their work and expertise! Frank always goes out of his way to help us! I had my oil changed here. As I left my house that same day my oil filter fell off, lost all my oil and then my engine smoked and shutdown. I later found the oil filter in my driveway. They put the WRONG filter on. I suspect he did not have the correct filter in stock and gambled with this one because when I told him about it this guy became very defensive, claimed that it was impossible that the filter fell off, has hung up on me, not returned my calls and has taken absolutely no responsibility for his actions. This guy, Mr. Frank Devin - owner and manager, is a criminal and will treat you like the dirt on his shoes.\r \r Now my engine may be damaged and I have a mess to clean up. I am in the process of going after this guy.\r \r Beware - this guy has other complaints against him as well!!!!
