I've ordered here several times. I've had food delivered in as little as 20-25 minutes, still steaming hot. Even when the wait time is longer (the time promised in the e-mail is usually accurate, I've never had to wait longer than 40 minutes), the food is still fresh and delicious.
The food is great. The miso soup tastes as it should. The tonkatsu has the sauce poured over, though, rather than in a separate container. Every Japanese restaurant I've been to has served it on the side. There is also not enough rice for the amount of tonkatsu. Other than that, the meal is perfect.
The shrimp tempura is nice and crunchy, and the chicken teriyaki is DELICIOUS.
Drinks tend to be a little expensive, but since this is a Japanese restaurant (and food is typically a bit expensive) it's acceptable.
