I used Warwick Tree Service last Spring with no problems...Derek was great and the work was done quickly! They came out a month ago to give me a quote on 2 trees to be removed and a month later, the trees are still there. The whole reason I need this done before the winter is because I bought a flag pole to put in place of one of the trees. I told him this upon getting the quote and he said nothing about making me wait a month. I called 3 weeks later asking for a timeline and was told that Derek would call back....5 days later, still no call. I finally hired someone else who gave me a CHEAPER quote and a date that they would be there on the spot!! I wish I could list their name but it's another big company in RI. I feel that because the job was a small job I was brushed off and instead of being professional and telling me he wasn't interested in the job, he wasted my time and made me wait around for his call. Little did he know in the spring I need to have about 20 trees taken down so he just threw away a job worth over $2,000.00. Don't waste your time with this company if you're just looking to have a few little things done...they don't value your time or your business!! more

I've used these people for five years but this year I finally got a call back after FIVE WEEKS !!! I left countless voice mails ( one per week ) to just give me an update so that I could plan. I ordered wood early ( middle of summer ) to get best prices. Bottom line, the price went up twice now in five weeks, not what was quoted and they want CASH, not checks like all the other years. They lost track of how much wood I wanted and keep promising dates of delivery to string you along. I wonder whether Division of Tax regulation knows they are not declaring income ??? Too bad, all other years they were not bad. Must be a cut-throat business from reading other tree service reviews............ more

How can you go with a company that doesn't even call you back. I guess that their business is doin so good that he can afford to be choosy. Pros: None Cons: Doesn't return calls more
