My whole family uses the Plainfield Walk-In Medical Center and has since 1992. All the providers at the Plainfield Walk-In are the best. The staff is courteous and caring. They all make you feel like family and go out of their way to make your visit there the best. I like the convience of being able to make an appointment for non emergent visits, yet I can walk in when it is best for me and still get the best care. more

I've gone to this medical center several times in last 5 years. Recently I had to bring my son because he slammed his thumb in the car door. The staff was excellent. They took him in immediately. They were very attentive to him and explained everything to him before they did anything. They earned his trust so well that he even felt comfortable going to x-ray on his own with the nurse (he is only 6)! The doctor was very personable and spent the time looking at him and answering my questions. \r there are times when I have gone and had to wait. But that is part of a walk in center. Usually the wait is not that long. I was very grateful they took my son back right away. Pros: very nice staff, clean, comfortable Cons: can have long wait when walk in more

i went to this facilitiy and was a walk in, they took 4 people that came in as walk ins as well before me. i myself don't have any medical insurance at the moment because i am waiting for my probationary period to be over at work, they have signs all over the office saying that they do not need payment, there will just be a $10 processing fee. but then when i asked them about just paying some of the bill and getting billed later, they were very hostile. The girl at the front desk was very rude and ver short with her answers. i think if you don't need to make an appearance at this facility you should go elsewhere. it isn't worth the time and no one is worth the attitude they dish out. Pros: can't think of any to be honest Cons: it would take me all day to name them more
