After my experience at my daughter's last visit, I am seeking a new office. We arrived 15 minutes early but were unable to enter the lobby because it was locked for lunch. After the door was unlocked, no one greeted us. There was a crude sign instructing parents what needed to be done. I filled out the redundant paperwork but had no way to hand it to the receptionist due to the fogged glass partition. After waiting for someone several minutes, I knocked on the glass. The window opened, my papers were taken and the window was closed. Still no greeting or recognition we were there. We waited approximately 30 minutes to be seen. The nurse was very cold and unhelpful and I found out later she didn't chart my daughter correctly so we had to wait again. Dr. Warner-White was very nice. She examined my daughter and was trying to send us on our way when I had to remind her we were there for vaccines. She said she would have to check with someone else to know if vaccines were needed. A very unprofessoinal woman came in and showed me a post-it with a list of vaccines my daughter was due for. She then proceeded to tell me they only had a couple in stock so I could either get those and come back for the rest the following week or just wait to do them all when they came in. I declined subjecting my daughter to two vaccine visits and went to the reception desk where I was ignored for a personal conversation. When finally acknowledged the same unprofessoinal woman asked what else I needed. I explained I would like to make my daughter s 4 month appointment. The appointment was made and I was given a reminder post-it. When I made the appointment the previous day specifically for vaccines, knowing that your clinic is low on vaccines would have been helpful. My time was wasted and I left feeling like I had been to the DMV.
