Great food good price 2/26/2009

Also the food service and atmosphere i give 5 stars. I have many memories at this place and maybe you will too. The people there are always sooo nice to me and have always gotten my orders right and my toast is always crisp to perfection. They have a large variety of food to choose from like fish, omlets, pasta and soup. Also the drinks are great too. You should go there all the time, like me!! 5 shiny more

Hair and bugs in my food 1/1/2009

Okay I get that bugs live where there is food, but after going back a second time because its convenient, I found hair in my food this time. I kept seeing construction guys walking out of the kitchen too, now that's got to be a health violation if i've ever seen one. more

Awesome Chicken Croquettes 12/24/2008

My family and I have been eating at Warminster West for over 30 years. The original owners sold it a few years ago, but they must have kept the cook that makes the chicken croquettes. They are awesome! The best in the area...After reading some of the reviews on this site, I would like to add that we eat there a couple of times of week and I must say I haven't seen or heard anyone that was being abusive to the staff or the customers. They (the staff) have always been friendly and accommodating for many years....many more years of success to the new owners. more

Never again... 12/6/2008

My husband and I were eating there last week and heard one of the waitresses, Patty M, said she hated fat people. Me, being overweight, was highly offended to hear this. I will never go back there and I am telling everyone I know not to. Eating out is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable time. But the Warminster West has become a horrible place to go. more

No respect for anyone 12/2/2008

The owners/management have no respect for employees or customers. I've heard them yell and humiliate servers right out in the restaurant. Jimmy walks around inspecting tables while people are eating - so does Peachy. I was eating there and felt like I was in nazi germany. The atmosphere is tense and unhappy. I would never eat there again. I feel sorry for the staff. more

im a employee at the diner front of house the owner jimmy treats his cooks like dirt always yelling and screeming at them they always work hard for us from what i was told by them they havent gotten a increase in their salary since they took over not 1 cent 5 yrs now sucks to be a cook there more

Worst experience ever 11/16/2008

After eating at this diner I was sick to my stomach. Not only are the owners, Anna, and Jimmy the rudest people I've ever met, the managers are no better. Servers cleaning with bleach while I was eating - the bussers vacuuming while I was eating. I couldn't believe it! I'm reporting them to the board of health. I have found bugs in my salad on more than one ocassion. more

Anna, take a chill pill and leave the staff alone! If you were my boss I would give you a piece of my mind. I overheard you while dining with my family, I wanted to say something to you but I didn't want to embarass my kids. I am not going to give you my business, if this is how you treat your staff...... Best Diner i've ever been to 4/27/2007

The Warminster West Diner is the best diner i've ever been to. In fact, it is my favorite place to be. The atmosphere is always homey and welcoming, the staff is awesome and the food is to die for. I recommend the BLT. It is made with TLC!!!!!!!! cinco stars!!!! (5) more

Worst diner I've ever been to.... 8/7/2005

For one reason or another I've had to go to this diner several times over the past couple of years. After the last time I will never go back. I think they are overpriced for the amount of food that you get...this is supposed to be a diner for goodness sake. I also saw a lot of mold growing in a fixture in the bathroom. I was completely grossed out that I had just eaten there and will not again. more
