I would not even give them 1 star. Stay away!!!! They are thieves !!!! Spent $ 90.00 plus dollars for flower delivery to my sick mother in the hospital. The flowers she received looked like I spent less than $10.00. I called to tell them I was displeased and the woman told me ""Maybe you should just learn your lesson and not order through a delivery service"" then CLICK. Called back to talk to owner or manager and the woman said I am the owner and the manager. WOW Really??? Great way to do business. Oh by the way, I even up graded from good to Best, and the flowers didn't even look 1/3 as good a good ones in the photo. This florist want's your cash, thinking that you'll never even see the flowers you ordered.\r \r Hopefully we can all learn a lesson here!!!!! Be afraid, be very afraid!!!! more

Wards florist did an amazing job on my wedding flowers. The flowers were so unique and beautiful I received so many compliments from my guests. Since that day I have been in the shop atleast once a week buying the most freshest flowers you can find. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They can put anything together that you ask for and it is always done so beautifully. more

I love buying weekly flowers for my home. I have been to many different florists up in the north shore area and have found that Ward's has the best selection. They have a huge walk in cooler where you can pick all your own flowers. Quality is very fresh and staff is very friendly and helpful. more

the staff is always very helpful. I ship to my Mom in Florida at least twice a year and I always come here. They make sure the flowers my Mom receives are fresh and just what I order. I recommend Ward's for a florist more
