I just bought a new house and was in a time crunch to get carpet installed before I had to move out of my old house and into my new one. Wards has a lot of carpet in stock and were able to get my new carpet installed two days before I moved my furniture in! They were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Today I brought my disabled four year old son to see the bikes at the neighboring Harley Davidson show, I was unable to pull into the lot to unload our handicap van so we pulled into your parking lot to help him unload. I was immediately confronted by a West Valley Police Officer, must have been a friend since you are in Sandy and he had no jurisdiction there. How rude, your staff has no compassion. We were simply trying to unload our van. I already spoke with the event coordinators and complained about the parking situation, but your employees unprofessional conduct have left its mark. I hope you realize your actions lose customers and stories spread quickly, especially through tight-knit communities and social network sites. Cons: rude employees, ridiculous protective of parking lot more
