Just picked up 2012 Ford Escape. Great job, excellent service and very nice folks to deal with. They also updated me with e-mails on the status of the repairs. They performed and repaired my car just like he said he would in his commercials, no empty promises just pure excellent craftsmanship. Best shop in the the state as far as I am concerned. My vehicle has been repaired at Ward's 3 times in the past 7 months due to circumstances out of my control. I returned to Ward's because I was impressed with how quickly my vehicle was repaired, and because of the quality of the repairs. The paint job was PERFECT and each time my vehicle looked brand new again! The professional, polite, and friendly atmosphere; as well as, the fact that I could pick up and drop of the rental I needed right on site, influenced my decision too bring my vehicle to Ward's and to return. Each time, upon getting my car back, I was walked to my vehicle where repairs were explained in detail and shown to me. In addition, my vehicle was detailed inside and washed outside. The entire repair process from getting an estimate, to returning the rental, to picking up my car, was smooth and easy. As a woman, I want to express how much I appreciate Mr. Ward and his employees for their EXCELLENT customer service and QUALITY work. The service was un real. I cannot believe that this was the same car I dropped off. The repairs were flawless.The people know what they are talking about and are friendly. They were very quick and did not speak to me like I was a dummy. Wards is the best , hands down! more
