Great company to deal with 7/7/2020

I have been a customer with a service contract for years and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Monica set up the appointment with Kristen who knew her stuff on the computer. Then Bill W. came to measure and explain my new furnace, air and humidifier and water heater. Met Billy W. later for some paperwork. Jaime R. was excellent installing the units,also his helper. Everything was great and was happy. All safety and healty concers with Covid 19 going on. Would highly recommend to everyone. more

The best service crew around! 10/9/2018

My 30 year old Trane furnace needed replacement.Wantuck sent Kristen out to give me some ideas on what they have and the prices charged. They sent out Jaime and Rick to do the work and I have to say this huge job of removing my old furnace AND air conditioner unit was completed in one day with these two techs putting in and incredibly tough day. Everything worked as it should and their instructions were extremely helpful in learning the controls and settings.As a bonus, my damp and cold basement is now the perfect temperature all the time with no modifications to anything else.Truly a great job all around! more

Driveway Melt System 2/28/2018

I spent over 2 hours researching heated driveway inspections and called many HVAC and hydronics companies to get a good referral. I was finally referred to Wantuck Comfort Solutions. Immediately I was well informed and told the technician to see is Mike B. We set up the inspection and Mike B. was very informative and knew exactly what he was inspecting. He has a vast knowledge of these type of systems and all HVAC. We finished up and within the same day I had the report back and emailed to me. 5 stars Mike! Thanks!!!! more

Kudos to Wantuck & Jeff Berber 2/6/2018

Wantuck was recommended to us a few years ago, and we entered into a maintainence contract. Our Hvac equipment is now 12 years old & generates some repair calls. The company has been very responsive in getting us quick service. Our service rep the last two times, Jeff Berber, is exceptional $ has fixed our problems & explained everything he does. Excellent service. more

Furnace Service 1/16/2018

On a very, very cold and snowy Saturday morning,which happened to be the weekend before a holiday, my furnace.went out.. In a panic, I called Wantuck. They were able to come out immediately after finishing another job. Mike thought I would need very expensive work. He had to drive an hour away to get the part, and was able fix my furnace within a couple of hours for a cheaper price.Great work and great people!. more

Mike has been out to service our boiler several times. He is always on time, professional and very knowledgeable about his work. He takes the time to explain things and to answer questions. He is one of the reasons that I choose Wantuck. more

Great Response and Service 6/1/2016

Same day response (~4 hrs) for a loss of residential air conditioning. The service tech (David) was quick, very thorough, and very informative; the problem was diagnosed and repaired with the AC being restored within an hour of David's arrival. The tablet-based bill paying system used by Wantuck is also very well done. more

I have been a long time client of Wantuck and have always been very pleased with their level of service and professionalism. David has come to my home a few times now for general maintenance on our HVAC system. He is always very polite and extraordinarily thorough. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does. You don't see that much anymore, it is very refreshing! more
