What a great car wash. Service was top notch for money paid. They are meticulous in their attention to detail, especially around the back of the car where most machine washes will miss b/c there's no equipment behind the car. Over 2 decades I've seen this car wash go from fabric, to touchless, to putting people in the tunnel. Nothing replaces the human eye. And on the rare occasion a spot does get missed in the tunnel, they are accommodating in getting it done out front. Also of note, the employees have a 'customer first' attitude which is difficult to find elsewhere. And they always have a lollipop for my young son. I even have the annual detailing on my BMW done there. Well worth the trip. Pros: Friendly, meticulous, accomodating, lollipop for my son. more

Although they did an ""ok"" job on my car, the customer service was NOT something to be remembered. When I specifically asked for my usual Full Service, they took it upon themselves to perform the Silver Service. Not only was this not what I had asked for, it was also much more expensive. When I kindly asked to be refunded the money, I was told it was ""too late"" by the not-so-friendly cashier. Although the manager ended up charging me the Full Service price, it was done in a rude and demeaning manor. Although a loyal customer for the past six years, I am 100% positive I will NEVER go back. more
