The service is wonderful. A close family runs the place and remembers customers and their preferences. I don't understand the person who said it was off the buffet because they do not have a buffet. My food has always been served hot, to my picky specifications, and cooked to that tender crisp ideal most Chinese food lovers prefer. Personally, I like my sauces on the side (anywhere I go) and Wan's happily accomodates me. I used to carry chili peppers in my purse because I like it HOT, not spicy (read garlicky), but once they realized it, they automatically bring me out my dried peppers. The tea is excellent, the fried foods not saturated in grease, and all the ingredients fresh and well prepared. I'll add again how much I appreciate the fact the staff is willing to make adjustments to personal preferences; that is a biggie no matter how much one is spending on a meal.
Pros: Best everything
