The chef/owner is talented and many of his dishes are very good, however, the food quality and freshness varies. Most notable is the pad thai, which when made well has a nice balance of hot, spicy, sour, and sweet. Often, though, the chicken or beef pad thai has dry, overcooked bits of meat and overall can be very greasy. Their peanut sauce, spring rolls, chicken/beef satay, and beef massaman are usually very good (though the beef massaman can be tough). All the dishes could benefit from a lighter hand with the oil. This restaurant can serve great food but it's inconsistent. Sometimes the service is great, other times it's 'meh'.
Pros: sauces, rolls, satay/massaman
