I took my dress in for some simple alterations. It needed only minor adjustments but when I went to pick it up, I discovered they had ruined the dress. As if that weren't bad enough, the manager refused to even acknowledge their mistakes. After 2+ hours of them trying to ""fix"" what they had ruined, I realized the dress was beyond repair, and they were never going to admit it. I asked them to refund the money I had already paid for the alterations + the cost of the dress. The dress was brand new when I dropped it off and it was not even wearable once they finished. The manager refused to refund any money & then pretended that I was no longer standing there. I called the following day hoping to come to some agreement, and again the manager wouldn't budge. I tried one more time today in person and was met with the same fierce denial and refusal. I still can't believe they treat their customers like this. I plan to pursue this issue further but in the mean time, I hope my posting will let others know how Wang's Tailor Shop treats their customers.
Pros: Absolutely nothing positive - avoid at all cost
Cons: Horrible customer service & horrible workmanship
